Whistleblower Policy

At Shulyn Technologies, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior in every aspect of our business.
Our Whistleblower Policy is a key component of this commitment, as it provides a formal process for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report any misconduct, illegal activities, or unethical behaviour they may encounter within our organisation.
We believe in fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to speak out against wrongdoing without fear of retaliation. This not only strengthens our organisational culture but also protects the best interests of our employees and stakeholders, allowing us to build a business that thrives on trust, accountability, and ethical conduct.

Why We Use This Policy:

We believe that transparency, trust, and a strong ethical foundation are the cornerstones of a successful and responsible business. Our Whistleblower Policy serves as an essential tool to ensure that all individuals have a safe and confidential way to report any concerns about unethical actions or practices that could negatively impact the company, its employees, or stakeholders.
By encouraging individuals to speak up about issues they observe, we proactively identify and address potential risks, allowing us to maintain a work environment where integrity is at the forefront. This policy helps protect our business from legal or financial harm and reinforces the importance of responsible and ethical conduct across all levels of the organisation.

How It Benefits Our Environment and Employees:

  • Encourages Accountability

  • Promotes Ethical Conduct

  • Ensures a Safe and Supportive Workplace

  • Strengthens Company Reputation

  • Reduces Risk and Protects the Organisation

  • Supports Continuous Improvement

A whistleblower is not required to provide conclusive proof of their allegations, but they must present sufficient information to demonstrate that there are valid concerns that need attention. The company is committed to ensuring that individuals who come forward with complaints will not face any form of harassment, retaliation, or victimization. Strict measures are in place to protect the whistleblower’s identity, although it may need to be disclosed in certain legal situations to facilitate an investigation.
It is important for the whistleblower to provide their name, as it enables the ombudsman to properly follow up and investigate the matter. While complaints made anonymously will generally not be investigated, the ombudsman has the authority to independently initiate an investigation if the situation is serious enough. If a whistleblower makes a false or malicious complaint with the intent to harm others, disciplinary actions will be taken, which may include termination or legal consequences.
